Summary:

Are you looking for a role that provides diverse challenges and opportunities to further develop your skills? If so, this role is for you as it will begin with a focus on the New Ventures team (Food Service & B2B Marketing, International, Brand Licensing, Sponsorships, New Technology / Ideas) with the opportunity to pursue special projects within the Innovation/Commercialization (New Product Development / Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution). It will then rotate through to other parts of the marketing team, including Brand Marketing (Core / Base Business) depending on need. Your ultimate job responsibility will be to positively and dynamically build brand and business growth!

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for leading all aspects of assigned new ventures activities to include strategic and execution tasks related to B2B marketing, International business development, Brand Licensing, and sponsorships.
  • Responsible for coordinating effective integration of and interaction with partner brands on our social and digital channels
  • Provide relevant reports, collect key business intelligence, develop insights, and report findings related to B2B / Food Service, Brand Licensing, and International opportunities
  • Assist in the execution of a coordinated marketing plan that drives awareness and trial of our new licensed products
  • Assist in the execution of a coordinated marketing plan that drives awareness and trial of our new products in partnered foodservice operators
  • Assist in the development of international (i.e. Canada) brand strategies
  • Responsible for collaborative creative development with partner brands to include foodservice partners, sponsored partners, and licensing partners
  • Proactively tracks and analyzes relevant information to make sound business recommendations
  • Tracks partnered product execution (sales, impressions, etc.) and makes informed recommendations for improved future performance
  • Efficiently implements plans/tactics and evaluates the success against pre-determined metrics
  • Leads marketing communication agency relationships including budgeting of agency activity
  • Coordinate various Innovation/Commercialization initiatives as needed. This may include, but is not limited to, business analysis, consumer research, and other sources of business intelligence to test, validate, and advance new product ideas to commercialization
  • Leads various cross-functional projects for product and marketing initiatives

Skills/Experience:

  • Master’s in business administration (MBA)
  • 1-3 shown experience in CPG marketing in the food industry with a proven understanding of general business administration practices and procedures.
  • Proficient Spanish speaking skills highly preferred
  • Confirmed experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) applications and database experience.
  • Ability to optimally lead in privately owned / family environment ensuring alignment with stated Core Values.
  • Effective and validated project management skills.
  • Effective and validated social media / digital marketing skills.
  • Standout colleague with outstanding interpersonal skills to successfully interact both inside and outside the organization.
