Job Overview:

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for the design, publication, and management of all aspects of Unigen product marketing communication and website. This includes both print and digital media. This position reports directly to Vice President, Marketing.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Website: manage website redesign (may use outside services) and maintain updates; Analyze and provide improvements and solutions by using SEO/SEM tools
• Corporate Collateral: design, publish, and maintain company collateral (brochures, slide decks, boilerplates, etc.)
• Product Collateral: design, publish, and maintain marketing collateral for OEM products (product briefs, roadmaps, slide decks, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Managers on promoting new products by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain common messaging and themes for all outbound marketing content
• Generate internal communications to promote product and marketing activity
• Establish a maintain a 12-month Marcom calendar
• Work with an outside marketing firm on PR, events, and tradeshows
• Perform other duties and tasks related to the Product Marketing function as assigned

Key Requirements and Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Successful track record of external marketing campaigns
• Experience with marketing electronic hardware products (memory and storage-centric products preferred)
• Experience with marketing to end markets in the technology segment
• Strong knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM
• Adaptable to continuous market changes
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be proficient in Adobe PS, Paint Shop Pro and Dreamweaver, and MS office
• Must have excellent written and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking abilities are essential
