Summary/Objective

The Product Designer is passionate about finding solutions that allow users to intuitively use our product. The Product Designer is skilled at each stage of the design process and always focused on the needs of the customer.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in all phases of the product design process including user research, user interviews, data analysis, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Both UX & UI skills, with an emphasis in UX
• Expertise in interaction design, with an online portfolio or use cases you can share that demonstrates a strong understanding of client objectives
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for product design; always thinking of ways to improve
• Creative problem-solving skills
• 3-5 years of product design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred
• Experience with a SaaS product is preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
